| Romaine lettuce, chopped | Tomato, chopped (or cherry tomatoes halved) |
| Blue cheese, crumbled | Red onions, sliced thin |
| Black olives, halved | Fresh baby spinach |
| Cranberries | Cucumber, peeled, cut lengthwise, and sliced into half-moons |
| Walnuts, roughly chopped | Carrots, sliced |
| Sunflower seeds | |

Directions
Combine ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with 1905 Columbia Restaurant dressing. Or, toss with fresh lemon juice and the salt and pepper.
