Mix sugar, mashed bananas and egg. Add Bisquick and mix thoroughly. Add milk gradually until combined. Add nuts. Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake for 45-50 minutes, until toothpick inserted near middle comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely. Freeze one loaf for later!
