Oven-fried Chicken

6 chicken thighs, skinless
1 box Panko bread crumbs
milk
seasoning
Directions

Arrange two shallow bowls on the counter next to your prepared baking sheet (lined with parchment paper so chicken doesn’t stick). Pour milk into one bowl (about 1/3 cup) and put bread crumbs in second bowl. You can season the crumbs with salt and pepper, or garlic powder, or Parmesan cheese, however you like. Dip the chicken first in the milk, then in the crumbs, making sure all sides are coated. Place the chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes until done (thermometer reads 180).
