Ingredients
1 pkg. pizza doughchopped chicken in barbecue sauce, or pepperoni, or pieces of leftover bacon
melted butter & garlic powder1 green pepper, chopped
1 jar pizza sauce1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. barbecue saucefresh baby spinach (optional)
2 cups grated mozzarella cheesesliced olives (optional)
Directions

Coat a pizza stone or pan with a little olive oil and flatten the dough out, mashing and stretching gently (don't make a hole!) until desired size (a rolling pin helps). Brush rim with garlic butter (optional). Pour some sauce on the dough (about 1/3 cup) and spread evenly with the back of a spoon. Spread the cheese evenly all over. Sprinkle on the chicken, pepper, onion, and olives/spinach if using. Bake on middle rack for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned.
