Peanut-butter Cups

Ingredients
2 cups peanut-butter (240 g.)1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups confectioner's sugar (114 g.)1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar (100 g.)1-1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped graham crackers4 tbsp. butter
Directions

Mix the peanutbutter, sugars, graham crackers, vanilla and butter and pat into a 15 x 10" pan. Melt chocolate and butter and pour over top. Refrigerate until chocolate is hard. Cut into squares. (Note to self: original recipe called for 2-1/2 cups confectioner's sugar. See if you can cut it down even more)
