Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark

Ingredients
2 cups (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup crushed peppermint candies
Directions

Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Reserve 1 tbsp. crushed peppermint candy. Microwave chocolate on medium for 1 minute. Stir and continue microwaving in 15-second increments until melted and smooth. Stir peppermint candies into chocolate and pour onto prepared cookie sheet, until about 1/2" thick. Sprinkle reserved candies on top. Refrigerate about 30 minutes, until firm. Break into pieces. Store in cool, dry place.
