Marinated Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
4 7 oz. salmon fillets or steaks3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel1/2 tsp. oregano or thyme
1 lemon2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil1 tbsp. water
Directions

Make your mango salsa! Set aside. In a shallow dish combine lemon peel, juice from the lemon (about 1/4 cup), oil, Worcestershire sauce, herbs, garlic and 1 tbsp. water. Add fish and coat thoroughly with marinade. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Drain fish but reserve marinade. Broil for five minutes. Carefully turn over, brush with more marinade, and broil 3-7 minutes more until fish is done. Serve with mango salsa.
