Ingredients
2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
3/4 cup milk (or buttermilk?)
Directions

Sift flour, measure, and add baking powder and salt. Cut in butter. Add milk gradually until a soft dough forms. Turn out on floured surface, fold over, and roll 1/2" thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake on ungreased sheet for 12-15 minutes.
