Ingredients
3 eggs, well beaten2 tsp. vanilla
2 8-oz. pkgs cream cheese, softened1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 cup sugar3 cups sour cream (24 oz.)
1/4 tsp. salt1 recipe graham-nut crust
Directions

Beat cheese and sugar together with electric mixer until blended. Add the eggs, salt & extracts and beat until smooth. Mix in sour cream. Pour into graham-nut crust, trim with reserved crumbs, and bake for 35 minutes or until no longer jiggly in center. Cool. Chill well (about 4 hours). Crust: Combine 1-3/4 cup (175 g.) graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 cup melted butter. Reserve 3 tbsp. Press remainder on bottom and sides of 9" springform pan, pour in filling, and sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.
