Directions
Beat cheese and sugar together with electric mixer until blended. Add the eggs, salt & extracts and beat until smooth. Mix in sour cream. Pour into graham-nut crust, trim with reserved crumbs, and bake for 35 minutes or until no longer jiggly in center. Cool. Chill well (about 4 hours). Crust: Combine 1-3/4 cup (175 g.) graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 cup melted butter. Reserve 3 tbsp. Press remainder on bottom and sides of 9" springform pan, pour in filling, and sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. |
