Pastry for Single-Crust Pie

Ingredients
1-1/4 flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup butter
5 tbsp. water
Directions

Mix flour and salt. Cut in butter. Sprinkle water on a little at a time until mixture holds together in a ball. Roll out on a sheet of wax paper until the desired shape and size. Pick up the paper and flip over onto your pie or dish. Tidy the edges with a knife or by folding under. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
