Ingredients
1 lb. cod fillets1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. lemon juice1/2 tsp. dried basil or...

1 large tomato, cut in 1/41/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 medium green pepper, finely chopped1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
Directions

Place the fish in an oiled 9 x 13" baking dish. Season with lemon and pepper. Arrange tomato slices on fish, and sprinkle with chopped pepper and onion. Combine bread crumbs, basil, and oil, and spread mixture evenly over the tomatoes. Bake uncovered in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
