Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs pork shoulder cut in 1-inch cubes1 cup water
1/4 cup flour1 tsp. Better Than Bouillon chicken bouillon
1 large red onion, chopped1 16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
3 potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks1/2 tsp. oregano
1 small can tomato sauce1/4 tsp. salt
1 can Petite Cut chopped tomatoes1 dash pepper
Directions

Add onion, potatoes and frozen vegetables to crockpot. Put flour in a gallon plastic bag, add meat and shake to coat. Add the meat to the crockpot. Pour in the tomato sauce plus one can of water. Add the chopped tomatoes and a cup of water mixed with the bouillon. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Cook covered for 8 hours. Serve with garlic butter biscuits. Biscuits: Mix milk and Bisquick baking mix to make a dough. Using a spoon, drop small dollops of dough on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. While still hot brush with butter melted with chopped garlic cloves or mixed with a little garlic powder.
