Cream Cheese frosting

Ingredients
1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sifted powdered sugar (190 g.)
Directions

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar. This frosts tops and sides of two cake layers (halve the recipe to frost 9 x 13 cake). Store cake in refrigerator.
