Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour (240 g.)1/4 tsp. cloves
1 cup sugar (200 g.)4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder1 15-oz. can pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon3/4 cup cooking oil (I use coconut)
1 tsp. baking soda1/2 recipe Cream Cheese Frosting
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and cloves. Beat eggs in another bowl; add pumpkin and mix well. Add oil and stir until combined. Mix with dry ingredients. Spread in 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool and frost with Cream Cheese frosting.
