Ingredients
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can creamed corn
1 can corn, drained
1 stick melted butter
Directions

Blend ingredients. Pour into a buttered 6 x 9" or 8” x 8” baking dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes until lightly browned on top. Goes great with ham!
