Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in small bowl in microwave. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll or shape the dough with your hands into a rope then with scissors snip 2” pieces. Spread out on sheet and brush with some of the butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake for 14 minutes, turning sheet halfway through. Remove from oven and brush with remaining butter mixed with some garlic powder and parsley. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese if desired. When cool freeze and use as needed. Are wonderful with soup or dipped in marinara sauce. Original recipe called for garlic salt. (Here’s a comment from Domino’s employee: I work at dominoes and i’d love to add some tips. So the oil we put on the outside is a mix of olive oil and butter, with oregano and the tiniest bit of parsley. Then we sprinkle with parmesan! It comes out best if you do that IMMEDIATELY out of the oven. Also, the fastest way to cut the dough isn’t rolling it into logs, which can overwork the dough, It’s laying it out in a rectangle and cutting them in a 4x8 (to make two 16 pieces) | ||||||
