Oven Roasted Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp paprika / other spices
1 tbsp oregano / italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Place chicken in mixing bowl and mix with oil, spices and lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add to ungreased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until cooked through. Drain 80% of the juices and allow to cool before serving. Great for tacos, wraps and rice bowls.
