Ingredients
2 1 lb. pork tenderloins1 tsp. garlic powder
Rub ingredients1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. smoked paprikapepper to taste
Directions

Mix rub ingredients and rub all over pork tenderloins. Place in pan lined with foil, drizzle generously with olive oil, and bake for 25 minutes (for 1 lb. tenderloins). Remove from oven, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice into medallions. Serve with mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans. Halve rub recipe if you are only cooking one tenderloin.
