2 cups small diced fresh pineapple | 1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 cup finely diced red onion | 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tbsp finely diced jalapeno | 1 tsp avocado oil |
2 tbsp fresh lime juice (1 lime) | 1/2 tsp kosher salt |
