Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
2 cups small diced fresh pineapple1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup finely diced red onion1 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp finely diced jalapeno1 tsp avocado oil
2 tbsp fresh lime juice (1 lime)1/2 tsp kosher salt
Directions

In a medium bowl, toss together ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 5 days.
