Directions
Dice pork loin into generous bite-sized chunks and season with salt, pepper and ground ginger. Heat oils in wok or large stovetop pan over medium high heat. Add pork chunks and fry till crispy and cooked through. Meanwhile chop veggies. When pork is nice and cooked toss in pan with miso sauce and optional sesame seeds and set aside. Turn the heat down and add cabbage and lime juice to wok along with the rest of the veggies, rice vinegar and soy sauce. Cook for another minute or so and then remove from heat. Make a bed of veggies on each plate and then top with pork bites! |
