Directions
Add chicken to a large mixing bowl with 2-3tbsp olive oil and generous amounts of salt and pepper. Add yogurt, lemon juice, spices, and onion. Best if left to marinate overnight in the fridge, but okay to throw right in the oven. Preheat oven to 425 and slop chicken mixture into tight bread loaf pan so it's just a solid brick of chicken. Cook for 45-55mins, then remove and cut into strips for use in other recipes! |
