Ingredients
1-1/4 cup oats (old fashioned)1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup peanut butter (125 g.)1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup honey (80 g.)1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. ground flax1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes then roll into 1” balls. They fell apart when I tried this so I smooshed them hard into the bottom of a glass dish and cut into squares. Makes a healthy snack.
