Ingredients
1 medium yellow onion, chopped1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 carrot, chopped2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
olive oil1 large egg
kosher salt, pepper1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup (30 g.) panko bread crumbs BBQ sauce
1/4 cup chicken brothsalt and pepper
1/2 Tbsp. tomato paste
Directions

Lightly coat 9 x 13 pan or sheet pan with oil. Cook onion, garlic and carrot in oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, about 7-10 minutes. Transfer to bowl. Add breadcrumbs, broth, tomato paste, mustard, Worcestershire, parsley, 1 tsp. kosher salt, and some pepper; stir to combine. Add egg by beating it into mixture with a fork. Add turkey, combine until just mixed. Pat into 4 x 8” shape on baking sheet and coat with glaze of BBQ sauce. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until 160 degrees. Let rest for 10 minutes. Serve with more sauce or ketchup, mashed potatoes and pole beans.
