Ingredients
4 chicken thighs1/2 cup milk
2 cups chicken brothDumplings
1 generous cup frozen veggies 2 cups Bisquick
salt and pepper2/3 cup milk
4 Tbsp. flour
Directions

Cook chicken thighs and veggies in 2 cups broth, covered, for about 15 minutes until chicken is done. Cut up chicken and add the mixed flour and milk. Bring to simmer and stir until thickened, then dollop the Bisquick mixture on top. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
