Ingredients
4 cups rough chopped iceberg lettuce (or 1 bag mixed greens)1/8 cup white wine vinegar
2 rough chopped tomatoes1-1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
6 tbsp olive oil1 lemon, juiced
3 cloves garlic1 can cooked chick peas
1 tsp oregano
Directions

Toast chick peas in oil and one of the cloves of garlic. Combine lettuce, tomato and chick peas in a large salad bowl. Mix olive oil, garlic, oregano and white wine vinegar in a separate bowl. Add dressing to salad along with worcestershire sauce and lemon juice and toss well. Makes 2 full salads or 4 side salads. For best results, prepare dressing 1 to 2 days in advance and refrigerate.
