Directions
Fill wok w/ oil and simmer onion, carrots, broccoli and ginger along with half the green onions over medium low heat for ~10 mins (stop just before scallions start to brown). Boil water in separate pot and cook lo mein noodles, then drain and dump into wok w/ scallion oil. Reduce heat and add soy sauce and brown sugar. Mix well for about 30 seconds, plate and add additional uncooked scallions for garnish. |
