Ingredients
1 28oz can whole tomatoes, drained
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil (dried)
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions

Combine tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes in the bowl of a food processor; season with salt and pepper, to taste. For pizza, coat sheetpan in olive oil and cornmeal. Cook 16-18 minutes on lowest rack, rotating halfway thru, on 500 degrees. Let pizza dough get to room temperature for 1 hour before rolling.
