Ingredients
2 cups rice3 cloves garlic
1 small onion, apple-sliced1/4 cup soy sauce
1 bag green beans, halved and trimmed2 tbsp fish/oyster sauce
1 head broccoli2 tsp rice vinegar
2 cups chopped carrots, french cut2 tbsp honey
1 cup baby bella mushrooms, half mooned1 tbsp Cholula
1 red pepper, sliced long1 tbsp oregano
2 green onions2 tsp sesame oil
Directions

Cook rice, set aside. Heat generous amount of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add green beans, broccoli, and mushroom and season with salt and pepper, cooking until heated through, and set aside. Add more oil, then cook peppers, onions, carrots, and garlic. In a small bowl whisk together the sauce ingredients. Add green beans, broccoli and mushroom to the wok once the peppers onions and carrots have finished cooking. Add sauce and green onions. Serve over rice.
