Pulled Pork Sliders

Ingredients
1 onion, finely chopped1 tsp. mustard powder
3/4 cup ketchup1/2 tsp. cumin
3 Tbsp. tomato paste1 pork shoulder or pork butt, 3-4 lb.
1/4 cup apple cider vinegarkosher salt
1 tsp. paprikablack pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

Combine onion, ketchup, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar and spices in crockpot. Season pork shoulder all over with salt and pepper then add to crockpot, covering it with ketchup mixture. Cover and cook until tender, on HIGH for 5-6 hours or LOW for 8-10 hours (meat should fall apart easily with a fork). Remove pork, shred with two forks, and toss gently with juices from crockpot (and BBQ sauce, if desired). Serve on buns with BBQ sauce, baked beans, mac n cheese and mandarin coleslaw.
