Directions
Cook rice, set aside. Combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, and ginger in a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Slice chicken thinly and cook with salt and pepper and set aside. Chop peppers and carrots into long 1in strands and stir-fry for about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and add sauce and chicken. Simmer for a few more minutes on low heat. Serve with rice, green onions, and toasted sesame seeds. |
