Basil Pesto Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
1 bunch fresh basil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon (just the juice)
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp roasted cashews
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse for 15-30 seconds until everything's mixed but still somewhat chunky.
