Ingredients
1-1/2 cups curd (or greek yogurt)
1 cucumber (grated)
3/4 cup mint and dill (combined)
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions

Hang curd in a clean cloth for about 3 hours in a cool place (slightly below room temperature). Place grated cucumber into a clean cloth and squeeze as much of the water our as you can. Place curd into a bowl and divide in half. Place one half of the curd into a food processor or blender along with a quarter of the grated cucumber. Add the mint and dill mixture and garlic with 1tbsp olive oil and blend to uniform paste. Add paste back to bowl with remaining curd and cucumber and mix with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add 1tbsp olive oil as drizzle on top. Serve with warm pita bread.
