Ingredients
3 red potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks2 tsp garlic powder
4 ears fresh corn, cut crosswise into 2-3 pieces1-1/2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 package smoked andouille sausages, cut into chunks2 tbsp butter, melted
1 bunch asparagus, rough chopped3 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, sliced into thin circles
Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Boil potatoes in water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. Mix olive oil, butter, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning in the biggest bowl you have. Toss potatoes, corn, sausage, asparagus, and lemon slices into bowl and mix to coat; arrange on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 10-12 minutes or until nice and edible. Stirring half-way through doesn't hurt.
