Directions
Preheat oven to 400 and line a large baking sheet with foil. In a large bowl, toss chicken with barbecue sauce. Layer half the chips, cheddar, cotija, chicken and vegetables on baking sheet. Repeat for two layers. Bake until cheese is melty and toppings warmed through, about 10-15 minutes. Serve with avocado on the side. |
