BBQ Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken1 cup pickled jalepnos
3/4 cup barbecue sauce1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 bags multicolored corn chips1/3 cup green pepper, cut into strips
3 cups shredded cheddar1/2 cup fresh tomato, diced
1 cup crumbled cotija1 avocado, thinly sliced
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 and line a large baking sheet with foil. In a large bowl, toss chicken with barbecue sauce. Layer half the chips, cheddar, cotija, chicken and vegetables on baking sheet. Repeat for two layers. Bake until cheese is melty and toppings warmed through, about 10-15 minutes. Serve with avocado on the side.
