Veggie Lo Mein (bad)

Ingredients
5 oz dry lo mein noodles1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce2 cups sliced mushrooms
1-1/2 tbsp water3 garlic cloves, rough chopped
1/2 tsp rice vinegar1 tsp ginger, minced
1 tsp honey1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce1 cup matchstick carrots
2 tsp sesame oil1 cup shredded cabbage
1 tsp maple syrup1 cup snow peas
1/4 tsp hot sauce3 green onions
2 tbsp oil
Directions

Set water to boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions. In a small bowl mix together soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, honey, oyster sauce, sesame oil, syrup, and hot sauce. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onions and mushrooms and saute 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously. Turn heat to medium, add garlic and ginger and saute 2 minutes. Add bell pepper, carrots, cabbage and snow peas and stir often, just letting them get tender, but still crisp, 3-4 minutes. Add noodles and stir to incorporate. Add sauce and cook on low while stirring continuously for 2 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
