Ingredients
1-3/4 cups flour (210 g.)2 eggs
1 Tbsp. sugar1/2 cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp. baking powder1-3/4 cup milk (410 g.)
1/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

Stir together four, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl whisk eggs, melted butter, milk and vanilla. Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture and stir just until moistened. Pour a goodly amount into your waffle maker. Serve with fruit and maple syrup. *note: To make buttermilk waffles, add 1/4 tsp. baking soda and sub 1-1/4 cup milk and 3/4 cup buttermilk for the 1-3/4 cups milk
