Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
2 apples (Honeycrisp or Gala is good)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

Peel, quarter, core and thinly slice the apples. Cut puff pastry into two parts and place on parchment-paper-lined baking sheet. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a medium bowl; add apple slices and stir to combine. Let sit for a few minutes. Arrange the apple slices on the two pastries in rows, slightly overlapping. Bake for 20-25 minutes (check puff pastry package, it varies) until both pastries are puffed and golden brown.
