Ingredients
8 boneless chicken thighs1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. kosher salt1 tsp. ground cumin
1-1/2 cups salsa2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1 lime
1-1/4 cups frozen corn kernelsflour tortillas
Directions

Season chicken with the salt and place in crockpot. Top with salsa, beans, corn, garlic powder, and cumin. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred chicken with 2 forks and return to pot; add cilantro if desired. Serve with lime, pico de gallo, or guacamole, on flour tortillas.
