Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved vertically
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 dash pepper
1 Tbsp. fresh grated parmesan
Directions

Toss together the sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper and spread on a sheet pan. Roast until the sprouts are browned, about 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
