Apple Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients
1 ball pizza dough2 cups shredded radicchio/arugula
1-1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese (6 oz.)1 freshly ground pepper
3 slices prosciutto (2 oz.) cut in strips1 olive oil
1 small apple, cored and thinly sliced
Directions

Roll out pizza dough on pizza baking stone. Rub olive oil over dough. Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese over dough. Layer prosciutto, apple, and radicchio over the cheese, then top with remaining cheese. Grind some black pepper over it all. Bake until crust is brown, about 10 minutes. This is great with soup, instead of grilled cheese sandwiches.
