Ingredients
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Bring water and sugar to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add cocoa and salt and stir about 3 minutes, until thickened. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Will thicken slightly as it cools. Serve over ice cream!
