Ingredients
1 cup Karo Light Corn Syrup (300 g.)1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs1-1/2 cups pecans (6 oz.)
3/4 cup sugar1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

Melt the butter in a large bowl in microwave. Stir in syrup, eggs, sugar and vanilla, mixing thoroughly with a spoon. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust and bake for 60 minutes. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
