Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour (10 oz., 285 g.)1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar (5.25 oz., 150 g.)1/2 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup cocoa powder (2 oz., 55 g.)4 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar (3.5 oz., 100 g.)1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1-1/4 tsp. baking soda1-1/3 cups water
Directions

Grease a 9 x 9 pan. Mix together flour, sugars, cocoa, soda and salt. Add oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Drizzle 1-1/3 cups water over whole mixture and stir until combined. Bake until just firm and toothpick inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs, 25-30 minutes. When cool top with chocolate glaze.
