Ingredients
2 red potatoes, cleaned and cut into 2 inch chunks1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1-1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (or 7 per person)2 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 ears fresh corn, cut crosswise into 4 pieces2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 smoked andouille sausages, sliced thin1 dash pepper
2 lemons, washed1 dash kosher salt
1 tsp. garlic powder2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Boil potatoes in water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. (If making dip, zest one lemon and chop zest small. Set aside. Cut one lemon in half and set one lemon half aside (for juice for dip)). Cut remaining 1-1/2 lemon into thin slices. In a very large bowl mix olive oil, butter, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning. To this add potatoes, shrimp, corn, sausage, and lemon slices and toss to coat thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Spread onto a large baking sheet and bake until shrimp is done, 13-15 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm with dipping sauce. Dipping sauce: Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 2 T. fresh chopped chives, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, juice from reserved half lemon, and 1 tsp. lemon zest.
