Lemon Asparagus Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 box linguini3/4 cup heavy cream
1 T. olive oil1/2 cup chicken broth
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts1 lemon, juiced
1 dash black pepper3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. Italian seasoning (oregano, etc.)3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
2 T. butter1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 small red onion, chopped1 lemon cut into half-moons
1 bunch asparagus, stalks trimmed and cut into thirds1 amount fresh chopped parsley
Directions

Cook pasta, drain and set aside. In a skillet heat the oil; add the chicken and season with salt and pepper and Italian seasoning. Cook about 8 minutes per side, until golden and no longer pink. Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and asparagus, season with salt and pepper, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add cream, broth, lemon juice, and garlic and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cheeses and stir until cheese is melted. Add lemon slices and pasta and mix well. Cut chicken into thin slices. Serve pasta with Parmesan and parsley, with chicken slices on top. Thanks David for this one!
