Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup2 tsp. lemon juice
1 bunch broccoli, cut into florettes2 tsp. curry powder
3 bone-in chicken breasts1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Directions

Put chicken breasts in water to cover, simmer for 20 minutes, put on a plate and cover with foil to rest for 10 minutes. Steam broccoli for 8-10 minutes; arrange in casserole dish. Remove chicken meat from bone and chop into small pieces; arrange chicken on top of broccoli. Combine soup, 1/4 can of water, mayo, lemon juice, curry powder, and cheese. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
