Directions
Rub chops all over with olive oil, oregano and seasoning salt. Broil chops 5 minutes on each side or until done (use a meat thermometer for 180 degrees). Meanwhile, place apples in microwave dish, a little water, the butter and sugar, and cook on high for 1-2 minutes. Stir and cook until tender, around 1 minute more. Serve with baked potato and vegetable. |
