Ingredients
6 oz. tortilla chips1 Jalapeno pepper, diced (optional)
1 can pinto beans1/2 cup fresh tomato, diced
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup onion, choppedBBQ shredded chicken (optional)
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

Spread chips out on a large, shallow baking pan covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle with half the ingredients, add another layer of chips, and add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve with avocado or guacamole.
