Blueberry Walnut Bread

Ingredients
2 cups flour1 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar1/4 cup melted butter (half a stick)
1 T. baking powder6 oz. fresh blueberries (about 1 cup)
1/2 tsp. salt3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 egg1-1/2 tsp. lemon zest, finely shredded
Directions

Grease bottom of loaf pan. In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and lemon peel; set aside. In a medium bowl melt butter in microwave, then beat in egg and milk. Add all at once to flour mixture and stir just until moistened. Fold in berries and nuts. Spoon into pan and bake for 55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely before wrapping up.
