Shaved Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
2 T. mayo1 pound brussels sprouts
1 tsp. Dijon mustard2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. water2 tsp. minced garlic
1 dash salt and pepper
Directions

Wash brussels sprouts, cut off bottom cores and peel away outer leaves. Slice thinly. Heat olive oil in pan, add sprouts and garlic, along with some salt and pepper, and sear for 5 minutes, stirring to brown evenly. For sauce, mix together mayo, mustard, water, and salt and pepper to taste. Serve over sprouts.
